Spanish regional goverments have adapted healthcare systems to manage increased healthcare pressure provocated by coronavirus. La Rioja Contingency Plan has being highlighted by the World Health Organization both for its foresight and its speed. “Control COVID” is one of the new solutions development in the Plan and recognized by the e-nnova health 2021 awards granted by Diario Médico and Correo Farmacéutico in the category of digital transformation.
